PADHASTASANA-Step 3 of SURYANAMASKARA

  • Exhale slowly and bend forward.
  • Try and place your palms on the ground , besides your feet.
  • Try to touch your knees with your head but make sure you don't bend your knees.

  • Beneficial for increasing height for those under 20 years.
  • Strengthens the back,abdomen and leg muscles.
  • Enhances spinal flexibility.
